Do you offer refunds?
Nails2Go doesn’t accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges on unused items. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs, including those for sending items back for exchange. If you experience a quality issue with your order, please reach out to us for further assistance.
How do I figure out my size?
Check out our size guide for proper sizing and application. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect sizing, sizes may vary per model. Exchanges due to incorrect sizing will be charged a shipping fee.
How do I apply press- on nails?
You can use glue stickers (3 days) or nail glue (2-4 weeks). Remember, good prep is key if you want to achieve a long-lasting application! An application kit is included with each purchase. Please watch the video to see how to use it.

How do I remove and reuse the nails?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water or use an acetone-based remover for a few minutes until the press-ons begin to loosen. Then, use a the stick to gently lift them along the edges. Once they start to lift, carefully and slowly remove them. If you feel any resistance, continue soaking a little longer.
